Well congratulations first off...I'm going to just list what national head quarters are usually in charge of because there is allot of stuff:

Has an executive board: pres VP Sec Treas.
oversees all chapters
collects active dues
gets all chapters insured
holds leadership conferences
holds conventions for all chapters to attend
creates scholarships
participates and adopts philanthropies
keeps in touch with Greek advisers at your university
manages, updates and creates bi laws, rituals and any other manuals
distributes all resources to chapters
