What?? Me worry??

Complacent Martha or is it Marcia: Somehow, it doesn't seem that Massachusetts A.G. is awfully worried about her Tuesday match-up with State Sen. Scott Brown for "the Kennedy seat" in the United States Senate.

For one thing, she's staged a lackluster, non-campaign as if she knew from the start she would end up a loser even though, at the start, she seemed a shoo-in to head to D.C. to be that crucial 60th vote for Obamacare. (That assumes Harry Reid doesn't pull an end run and goes to the reconciliation ploy needing only 51 Democrats to foist that obamanation on the American people.)

For another thing, Martha Coakley really seems as if she doesn't want the job.

As Brian McGrory writes for Boston.com in an article titled, "Race Is in a Spinout," despite her claims to have traveled the state meeting tremendous people, "If she did, it was under the cover of darkness, with an assumed name... Literally, she all but vanished. She refused to debate on TV unless it was exactly on her terms. She went days without venturing out in public:" http://bit.ly/8qLU4S

Not exactly the best way to win a seat in the Senate.

A Kennedy Weighs In: A scion of the Kennedy clan doesn't seem too worried either, not even concerned enough to get her name straight.

Speaking to reporters after President Obama tried to rally the troops and dragging out the worn-out Bush card to blame GWB for every problem in the universe, Rep. Patrick Kennedy (D. R.I) repeatedly referred to "Marcia Coakley," presumably meaning Martha Coakley, the Dem candidate for his daddy's job since she beat her primary opponent by 19 points.

Not the brightest crayon in the Kennedy box, Patrick kept harping on Bush: "One thing the Democrats have done wrong? We haven't kept the focus on this disaster on the Republicans who brought it upon us. We've tried too hard to do that right thing, and that's to fix it, as opposed to spend more of our time and energy pointing the finger at who got us [here] in the first place:" http://bit.ly/5v4LDJ

That's right, Pat, you tell 'em! Pointing fingers is always a brilliant strategy rather than fixing things, sort of like all those evil people blaming dear old dad for 40 years just because he murdered Mary Jo Kopechne.

And as for Martha or Marcia, who cares, Patrick probably thought. Point is she's not a Kennedy so does it really matter?

Fast Forward to Obamacare: "Not only could Democrats lose health care reform if Martha Coakley loses, they could also lose their majority," says Bronx Democrat Rep. Eliot Engel.

No surprise there. Why should Democrats start listening to the will of the people at this stage of the game? If Republican Scott Brown beats either Marcia or Martha Coakley it will only be a referendum on what voters think of Democrats' version of nationalized health care so full speed ahead to shove it down America's throat before the next election!

Adopting the sumpin' beats nuttin' approach to critical legislation, Engle added, "I think the worst thing would be to do no bill at all, because what would happen is we would have the negativity of the contentiousness, of the fighting and the distortions, and then not come up with anything. Fast Forward to Election Fraud: MSNBC's Ed Schultz: "I tell you what, if I lived in Massachusetts I'd try to vote 10 times. I don't know if they'd let me or not, but I'd try to. Yeah, that's right. I'd cheat to keep these bastards out. I would. 'Cause that's exactly what they are."
